What we use

Guest and account IDs keep you signed in. We save your nickname and skin; other players can see them. Accounts also use your email. If you answer the age check, we save birth month/year and country to decide which account and purchase features are available.

Your browser saves language, sound and control settings, nicknames, and local scores. Essential cookies remember your guest identity for up to 400 days and your sign-in for 90 days, renewed when used. Clearing browser data removes local preferences and scores, not server records.

We also use purchase references, technical records, moderated nickname logs, and aggregate game statistics to deliver purchases, prevent abuse, and improve play. Fidaki currently has no advertising or third-party analytics trackers.

Services and storage

We process game, account, and purchase data to provide the service; security and game improvement rely on our legitimate interests. Legal obligations can require purchase records.

Our hosting providers run the service. Cloudflare handles site delivery, email, and anti-bot checks when enabled. Paddle handles payment details; we do not store card numbers. Cloudflare and Paddle may process data outside the EEA; see their privacy policies for transfer safeguards.

Sign-in requests expire from storage after 24 hours; rate-limit events after 48 hours. Other guest, account, profile, purchase, and server-log records currently have no scheduled automatic deletion.

Your choices

Email us to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a portable copy of your data, or to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Some purchase records must be kept by law. You can also complain to the Cyprus data protection authority.
